医学部に進学する学生の女性比率は年々増加し、女性の活躍無しには日本の医学?医療分野を高水準に維持することはできません。
医学?医療分野での女性研究者?女性医師の現状を的確に把握し、女性教員の採用、上位職への登用を積極的に進めることにより、女性教員の活躍推進を図ります。これまでも女性が仕事を継続するための体制を整えてきましたが、今後はさらなるキャリアアップを目指した女性研究者?女性医師の育成に重点を置くと共に、働き方改革への対応も目指します。?

The percentage of women in medical schools is steadily increasing year after year, and it would be almost impossible to keep the level of health service high without higher participation of women in this field.
We are trying to improve the working conditions for both men and women, helping them cope with both work and life. We are also trying to increase the proportion of women in our faculty, especially in the positions of the higher rank.
